INGREDIENTS
olive oil spray
1 cup all purpose whole wheat flour,
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt or normal salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup fat free Greek Yogurt, drained of any excess liquid
2 teaspoons butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

METHOD
Oven to 375° F preheat. Preheat.Fill an artificial breadboard with a silicone or Silpat lining.
Combine food, baking powder, salt, andwhisk together in a large cup.Attach your yogurt and mixuntil embedded with a spoon.Using your dry handsand knead roughly fifteen times.You should add some more flour if it's too sticky.Roll in a coin.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts andshape it into worm-like strips, about 9 cm long.
Place on the prepared pan bag and tie each breadstrap into a knoblike shape.Olive oil spray the rim.
Bake for about 18 minutes on top third of the oven.Allow 5 minutes to cool them.
Melt the butter, add the garlic and simmer until golden 2 minutes in the medium non-stick saucepan.
Put the butter and garlic knots into the bowl or use a cloth to coat the knots with garlic.
Give them another olive oil mist if the knots are too dry. Parmesan cheese and parsley chopped.
